Return Process

  Carefully pack your KEF products in their original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
